Pinnacle PCTV Dual DVB-T Diversity Stick

Hello,
I have just bought a Pinnacle PCTV Dual DVB-T Diversity Stick, but I'm not keen on the Pinnacle Media Centre user interface. I really liked what I saw of the GBPVR interface, but I haven't been able to get it to work yet. I followed some of the posts here to see if I could work out the problem, to no avail. I would appreciate any help I can be given here. I attach the FilterCheck.log that I generated. I have not been able to locate the BDA filter to add into bda.ini.

Try adding the following to bda.ini:

Thanks for the swift reply. I pasted it into bda.ini, but when I chose the new entry in the Digital Channel Mapping window I still get the "Failed to locate configured BDA capture device" prompt. I don't know if it's significant, but when I check the "only show devices detected in this machine" radio button, I get the reply "No known cards detected in this machine".

I believe you have cracked it - I am on to the next step.
If I have any other issues, I will let you know, but I am definately now able to scan for channels.

This made the card(s) become detectable and they seem to be working fine. Add to next release please :-)

I have just bought a Pinnacle PCTV Dual DVB-T Diversity Stick and like Bourned said the supplied Pinnacle software isnt up to much. I am in Surrey in the United Kingdom using windows xp.
1 I am a bit confused whether I have the option of using a dvb epg broadcast, but I have created an xmltv file and have got the channels listed.
2 I dont seem to get any channels to appear on the scan
3 I still have the Pinnacle media center software installed and am wondering if this could cause any conflicts
4 I have tried closing norton antivirus down while scanning but it still doesnt seem to help.
5 As it has dual tuners should i set the device number for the second tuner to 2
I have checked my aerial connection and I can get tv to show in the pinnacle media center software
Any suggestions would be very gratefully received, I enclose some log files

problem solved, i had entered my nearest transmitter but my aerial was pointing to a different one
