Fixin stuff: remove happauge graphics?

Since a recent upgrade a huge garish haup osd appears on videos, all yellow and blue - is there a way to turn it off?

This is due to the version of the Hauppauge dongle you're using. You have to use a newer dongle. (this specific dongle you're using did not come with GB-PVR)

if i install 99.12 will it fix it?

I think its best to use v0.99.12, plus patches from the survival guide, but with the dongle from v0.99.5.
