Treat number keys like mobile phone text entry 99.12 question

I believe I've always had the "Treat number keys like mobile phone text entry" option enabled with the hopes that we might be able to get that to work using the MVP's remote.

With it on though, shouldn't that only be applicable to the hauppauge remote? The keyboard's number keys seems to be doing the same with that option on.

It should work with any remote, but it only applies in a couple of places in the app. From memory, these being the 'file name prefix' when setting up a manual recording, or in the search guide screen for entering a search screen.
