Problem with SRT Viewer showing italic tags ie:<i> text </>

Sorry if this has been asked before (my searches came up empty :eek I'm having a small problem when viewing closed captions via SRT file and the SRT Viewer. I'm getting the italics tags displayed along with the text. IE:

<i> Whatever text is supposed to be italicized </i>

If I use DirectVobSub, everything is displayed fine. I just like being able to turn the captions on/off via remote.

Is this normal behavior for the SRT Viewer? I'm using GBPVR v 1.1.5 , but experience the same if using PVRX2.

I'm still using last stable version 1.4.7 and there are same problem with subtitles italic and bold mark. Is i newer beta version that thing solved?

Sorry, no. No more development is being done on GBPVR. I could fix in NPVR though.
