I had several recordings scheduled for Monday night. I confirmed the recording schedule Monday morning through the EWA and later in the afternoon via GBPVR. All looked good. All of the recordings before 8:00 PM worked great but none of the later recordings happened. This is the second time this has occured in the last two weeks. A re-boot seems to clear it up. I have attached the logfiles and would appreciate any suggestions. I am running 99.12, Windows Media Center on a 3 month old Gateway computer.

It looks like something went wrong with your drivers before this time, and a key component of drivers "disappear" from your system causing recording to fail.

Looking back, it seems that everything was very stable before installing the HVR-950 (I am not using the analog side, just the ATSC). So are you suggesting that the problem might be related to the HVR-950 drivers? The HVR-950 is configured to create a DVR-MS file.

Thanks in advance,

I dont know. Maybe.

All I can tell you is that a required component of the drivers was not present when GB-PVR went to do a recording.

I've had very similar problems with the HVR-1600, it will work great for awhile, then I get similar log files and have to reboot in order for GB-PVR to work at all.

i can pull out some log files, but I am under the impression it will just reinforce the hauppauge drivers are a little flaky.
