Volume OSD on Community Skin

I'm using the latest Community Skin and a Hauppauge 45 button remote with my PVR-350 to TV via the TV-Out.
How do I get a 'volume' bar to display on the TV screen? When I press the right/left nav arrow on the remote it changes the volume but there is no bar?? thanks

It should work, I see it. Do you get it with the default "blue" skin? Is this because you are using the TV-Out on the 350?
