RenameRecording/PostProcessing

I just installed 99.12 and renamerecording98 (this install consisted of placing the two files in the gbpvr directory). I created a file named postprocessing.bat (it was not there on the default install) and added the following line...

RenameRecording.exe -t %1 > rename.log

which is the only line in the file (added: there is a second line in the file 'recycler.exe' as well). The recording is does not get renamed after the completion of the recording.

What am I missing?

There are several versions of this program. You need to make sure that the version you are using is compatible with the database you are using. The older version works with the access database and the newer one with SQLite database.

Are GBPVR99.12 and renamerecording98 compatible?

When there was a period where renamerecording wouldn't work, I moved to addepisode, and have not gone back. I do know a newer version was released, and may try it again soon.

I always preferred the renamerecordings version, which was not updated.
