Nuoro/Sassari community skin vs stand alone skin font size

Hello,

Anyone know why the Community skin version of Nuoro/Sassari's font size is muuuuccchhh bigger than the stand alone version of Nuoro? The stand alone version comes with ttf fonts that need to be install in the windows font folder.

I am unable to find a way to reduce the font size for Nuoro in the community skin packages.

Any thoughts?

I believe that is because Fatman_do does not change font sizes ever, they are constant. the only thing that changes is the images that are used.

and if you actually have a high res display I suggest actually using Nuoro, since the community skin is set at 720x480

Not exactly true, but close. I do have larger fonts in the HiVis themes. You are right in that I use the same size fonts in all other themes just so every skin theme is consistent (by design).

To change the font size, one needs to edit the baseskin.xml file in the CommunitySkin's root directory. If you need it done for you, I will be happy to provide you an updated theme.

Just a follow up, the fonts size I use is equivalent to Nuoro/Sassari, just that those being higher resolution skins makes the net result appear smaller. I can get around it by using a smaller font yet.

If you wish, try this file, Use the Sassari theme in the Commuinty skin, then copy this baseskin.xml file into ..\gbpvr\skin\community\

Let me know if there is a specific case you want smaller.
