In the KSCATEGORY_BDA_NETWORK_TUNER section, you should have a filter called 'Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 713X BDA DVBT Tuner', but its missing. I suspect you'll find it reappears after a reboot, but it'll probably go missing again later though.

Maybe try a different version of the drivers?

Yes, at the moment, but you also had that missing component earlier aswell, since you were previously able to scan. At some point after that, the component went missing, causing problems trying to rescan etc. I'm guessing it'll do the same at some point, but give it a go anway.

right, i reinstalled the drivers for the card, and gbpvr.

Same problem is occuring, where it scans many channels, and that they works perfectly fine just like the actual TV broadcasting in the little preview screen,

I have no idea what's going on...

BUT
right after i completely scanned all channels, it asked me to update something about the EPG, whether to update now or not, i said yes, then it runs and checked the channels and updating to the news for exactly 1 minute, but all i can see is that it is stuck at the first channel only.

is that the problem??

You could try setting <BDASubmitTuningRequestTwiceOnLivePreview>true</BDASubmitTuningRequestTwiceOnLivePreview> in config.xml. I dont know if it'll help though.
