How much sucsess with dual tuner cards?

Well it gets ahead of me sometimes but I try to catch up on weekends. Does cut into the sleep a bit though.

TerraTec Cinergy 2400i DT (Dual Tuner) DVB-T card.

No major issues, but I have been through quite a few mulktiplexers trying to solve an issue of some recordings never being terminated correctly. This means that subsequent recordings will not happen.

Only happens once in a while, but annoying to the point that i performed a complete reinstall of the machine, only to still find the issue present

Mostly however, it does record fine, and I have no other issues. I like the fact that I save a PCI-slot (this is a PCI-e card).

I seem to be getting lots of zero byte recordings these days, not sure if it's the fact that GBPVR is running on a Windows Home Server machine or if it's bad signal strength.

Well, i'll know which it is soon as i'm ditching Windows Home Server and going back to XP Pro.

3 PVR500's in one machine here, working flawlessly for over two years (and sometimes recording on all six, while watching another stream via MVP). -JW

Newbie here (my first post, so hello!) got my installation and configuration "debugged" and working for the first time last night. The BDA.ini in the latest GB-PVR download has the entries for my Nova 500 now, dual recording worked straight away. Sweet!
Onward for other client PC and MediaMVP viewing now...
