Morning All,

I understand not all channel schedule information is public domain and therefore cannot be shared on GBPVR.

Does anyone know of a EPG with ITV? Or when this agreement might be made?

Cheers,
Nick

I'm not sure what you're asking. I get all my EPG data from the RadioTimes via Alan Birtles XMLTVGUI program.
The data isn't 'public domain' but at present comes with the following:-

Quote:Please note that all data downloaded with this grabber is copyright of the Radio Times website (http://www.radiotimes.com) and the use of the data is restricted to personal use only. Also be aware that this service may not remain free and in future may become a paid-for service

Excellent. I am seeking an alternative source for ITV etc.

So, how does this work within GBPVR? Does it run automatically? Do I point GBPVR to the XMLTVGUI.exe?

It can be run from an EPG update batch file from GBPVR, however, I use Windows scheduler to run it independantly. I point GBPVR to the resulting XML file for all my tuners - dual DVB-T freeview and a PVR150 for analogue and Sky. Works a treat except for the odd time RadioTimes throws a wobbly - can also give you a two week EPG, though I restrict it to seven days to limit problems with timing shits for some programs.

Got it loaded and working, but it fails to bring all the selected channels in.

I list all the active channels in XML TV and read in the files to the EPG in GBPVR but it is missing lots of channels.

Any suggestions?

try editing the capture device again and re-map your channels to the correct DVB channel.

[edit] hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button in your capture source.
