Lowest Power Coolest Running Graphics Card

I need a low energy consuming Pci Express graphics card.

I have a pentium M system (msi speedster FA-4) and a 60 watt power supply unit.

In the past I have used the onboard graphics onto a 17 inch flat screen monitor.
. I am about to move and I would like to output via s-video to a standard def TV so I will need buy a graphics card as there is no s-video out with the onboard graphics. Any suggestions?

Best I can find (according to wikipeadia) is the 7300LE

One of which I happen to have kicking about in my other HTPC. Do the mobile graphics cards consume any less energy.

Also if I underclock it would it use less energy?

I would just think a 6200 or x300 would be the lowest as their the bottom of the pack.
