Has anyone tried the HVR-1600's on timewarner? Does Timewarner allow you to tune to the digital network? Is it easy to map the channels?

I'm in Greensboro, NC. I have an HVR-1600 and Time Warner Cable. I can receive only 5 stations on QAM. One of our local network stations is having a dispute with the cable company and won't allow them to carry that station on digital. Also, I only get the primary pbs station not the sub-channels.

I went back to using my antenna and off the air stations so as to get all the major networks and 5 different versions of PBS including the kids channel.

It was easy to map the channels and the card worked fine for me in GBpvr.

Are there a simple set of instructions for GBPVR showing how to scan for the OTA, ASTC stations with my 1600. WinTV found all of the current ones available in the Columbus, OH area and I am able to record them through BTV now. Thanks - Craig
