Bug tracking and task/todo list software

Anybody know of any good ones? Preferably web based and free

At the moment I'm thinking of using some kind of wiki but wondering if there is something a little more structured available.

Did you look at Bugzilla?

JIRA is the best one there is, but it's WAY too expensive (=it's not free)...even the academic standard license costs something like $600.

I personally hate bugzilla (it has ok-ish feature set but lacks usability), but considering its price, my vote goes for it, too.

Check out Mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org. May be overkill for a single user though.

I use Flyspray. Web-based and very good for small projects.
