I want to add svideo and audio input ports on my front panel of my case in a 3.5 or 5.25 slot. I wouldnt mind having a memory card interface as well. I've seen adapters from frontx but they are expensive. Anyone seen any adapters for this for around $20 US?

appreciate the help guys.
This one on Newegg seems to be pretty close.

The svideo is labled as svideo out, but apparently it works as an input also according to a reviewer.
Thanks for the help.

its probably just a pass through, and works as whatever the heck you hook it up to on the other end

That's what I would guess too. Since it was marked as video out, I thought it was possible there was some signal conditioning that could have caused trouble but based on one reviewer's post it sounds like it will work.

Have you considered the FrontX products? You can customize the ports to your needs.

Although I haven't dealt with them yet, I am considering buying some things (SPDIF, etc) for my HTPC from them. They have a 9.09/10 rating over at Reseller Ratings.

Just thought I'd throw out this option - hope it helps,

I have bought a couple things from them and I must say I had a good experience.

They have exactly what I want, but they are pricey.
