Channel logos for U.S. cable systems

Where can I find the channel logos for the Cox Cable system(US). I have attempted to try to find them using the Channel Logo Tool but it appears to work only for Satellite systems. Have I made an error?

I used this ages ago. Only caveat is that the files have to be named the same as the stations in gbpvr then drop them in

C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\media\ChannelLogos
