Live TV : Error: Failure playing back file every now and agin on new version

Hi,

I upgraded to the latest version and had a few niggles with UI so have started using the GBPVR.EXE (old interface) as opposed to the X2 UI.

I'm having an issue whereby every now and again, the Live TV drops back to the menu with a Error: Failure playing back file message box popping up.

Also, the Live TV can sometimes change the way the program responds. Sometimes, if I press 'menu' on the remote, I go back to the menu with the live tv showing in the box on the right. However, if i select guide and press ok, it just goes back to live TV. When this occurs, other functionality stops working too, such as changing channel. They way to get out of this is to play a song so that the Tv system stops and you cvan then go back to it.

This generally seems to be less stable than the last version.

I have this error when playing LiveTV from a client (PC).

attached the GBPVR.exe.log from the client machine.

Solved.
i just installed a few codecs and my client just start to playback livetv and recorded programs.
