Will gbpvr work on XP64 or Vista64 (namely w/ the HVR-1600's 64bit drivers)

It should work. People have definitely been using it with XP64 in the past.

Yes, I have it running on both xp64 and Vista 64 as clients. I found it easier to always do a clean install.
