Mpeg-2 Encoder?

Hi everyone, I just came across this DVR program and I am very impressed. I am planning to set up DVR in my room, so I don't have to have a huge tv in there. I didn't want to spend a lot on the card however and was wondering if this cheap card I found on newegg would work with this program. The card is located here and I see where it says Video Format: AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4 on the right side of the page under specifications. Does that mean it has an MPEG-2 Encoder? I saw from the Wiki that it needs one. Thanks to anyone that responds.

Sorry, that device will not work. It lacks the hardware encoder, and instead relies on software encoding.
