I think this have been a feature in older releases. But it does not seem to work in 1.0.16. Or have I missed some setting??

Are you talking about the auto DVD resume, or a popup box asking you to resume? I use the former in my lounge PC, so know thats definitely working. I'm not sure about the latter, but I thought it was there. (still in New York so cant test it for you)

Neither works in my case. But I just got connected through VNC and read through all settings and saw that I missed the 'Prompt for resume' setting. So now I get prompted. So I was to fast complaining this time...

But I just noticed another thing. It doesn't matter if the checkbox 'Show DVD-button' is checked or not. That button is always shown. (I put it in the Video library instead...)

Bump this thread in a week and I'll look into it when I'm back home.

Has this feature ever worked? Everytime I watch a DVD that I have previously watched, and I select resume, it always just restarts the DVD at the beginning. I figured it just didn't work, but is there something I can do to make it work? I think that would be awesome, since I am the type of person that has a tendency to watch the first half of a movie and then watch the other half a couple days later.

Thanks!!

The auto resume definitely works on my 1.0.16 install. I dont do resume prompting myself, so cant be positive it is working or not - I'd have to try it to check.

It definately works, atleast in recorded files. But, the DVDs always, ask but it never works. I select resume and it just restarts the DVD, same as if you say restart.

No biggy, just wondering if there was anything I could do to make it work Smile

How do you set up auto resume? I just found the prompt for resume in the config utility and it works for me, though the wife said she did have some problems with it freezing up on her when she tried it. Unfortuately it was during the day and I was not home to check things out.

Set <DVDAutoResume>true</DVDAutoResume> in config.xml
