I am trying to get the QAM portion of my HVR1600 to work. I can scan sources in config and mapped four channels to the EPG. When I try to record off of these channels (after I realized they were listed separately in the program guide) I get empty files. When I try to view the channel using LiveTV, the screen is black. Looking through the logs I am not certain that the tuner can lock a channel. It appears to be trying to set the frequency often during the recording.
Is there another qam.ini besides the one in the BDA\Atsc\Hvr1600 directory?
When I view the channels in the config window they work. It just appears the recorder and GBPVR.exe cannot lock onto the channels.
Am I missing anything?
