GBPVR for me, may change when I upgrade my hardware. PVRX2 video perfomance is too jerky.

PVRx2 is a no-brainer for me because that's the one sub will continue to support. So if I can't get x2 working well now, I'd probably have to get it working later, or I may as well go with a different program. The problem with going with a different program, of course, is there's not much else that can compare anyway.

I am running PVRX2 but badly miss some things from GBPVR.

Especially search and the ability to bounce the application between screens from the task bar using the Nvidia context menu.

I have also had a reoccuring issue with recordings showing up as manual recordings with no program description.

I do like the eye candy but would probably go back to GBPVR if I was not too lazy to edit my remote.ini file (also not sure if SD epg service works with GBPVR).

PVRX2 UI won't run at all on my machine, and nearly locks it up. I have to call-up taskmanager with CTRL-ALT-DEL to kill it.

I had to set <MVPServer>GBPVR.exe</MVPServer> in config.xml, otherwise the mvp would load the dongle ok, but then never be able to find the server.

SD works for me, but I believe that pvrx2.exe is somehow doing the epg updates, I guess with some command line switches?

Hopefully, I'll be able to get a new pc in the next couple of months, so that I can continue to use newer versions of GB PVR.

I still use GBPVR (99.12) but will upgrade to PVRX2 after the new season in the US. I will probably have to get a new graphics card, but may not since I do 99.99% of the viewing on the MVP.

I may run GBPVR on the main comp and PVRX2 on the MVP, assuming it is possible to mix. I am hoping my system is up to it, I really want the benefit of the PVRX2 MVP server.

Using PVRX2, but notice for the first 5 minutes after starting it up, the menus are kinda laggy... the animations aren't smooth. But then after 5 min, the animations are smooth.

GBPVR.exe doesn't work on my machine anymore. Over the course of about 10 seconds the CPU gradually builds up to 99% usuage and stays there for about 15 seconds, then drops back to normal usage, then 10-15 seconds later, starts the same thing again... didn't know this was going on till fan RPMs (temp controlled) started roaring.

PVRX2 for me... I don't have much history with GBPVR, so I'm not losing anything by using the latest version.
