Hello,

I get a very interesting problem that I cannot get any of my tuners to work. They are all ATSC OTA. They are the an HVR-1600, Avermedia M780, and the HDHomeRun. I know the drivers work properly because I am able to use all the tuners with BeyondTV. Also when I go to set up a new tuner and select "only show devices available on this machine" all the cards show up properly. I have tried closing every other program possible with no luck. Here are my log files.

Thanks!

Those logs contain an attempt to scan for channels on the HDHomeRun, but the device never manages to lock onto a signals, so GB-PVR is never passed any data and as a result never finds any channels.

That is the problem it thinks that the HDHomeRun/AverMedia/HVR-1600 are scanning channels but in reality nothing is happening. I can see with the HDHomeRun config manager that no channel is being tuned, also the LED is not turning on. I have no idea as the log seems to think everything is ok.
