Bug? stopping recording does not return live tv

Yesterday I had a recording set in the tv guide that started recording. Then I wanted to watch another show , I only have 1 tuner. so I had to go to the tvguide and select the item and select cancel. Exited TV guide and went to LiveTV ... Black screen. So I rebooted the machin and LiveTV would still not come up I had to back into TVGuide and select the channel I wanted to watch and select watch. To get live tv to come up. After that all worked well. I will try to recreate tonight and post logs but wanted to see if this happens to anyone else.
