Troubleshoot without losing Recurring Recordings?

I am having a problem which I suspect is a Schedules Direct problems. For the week of 10/29 all shows schedules times have been shifted and hour earlier. The times are currently correct, and the times for the week of 11/5 are correct, but the entire week of 10/29 has incorrect times. I have posted with SD, and am awaiting a response. I do a complete EPG reload every day. (Is that different from completely emptying my EPG and doing a reload manually?)

My first impulse was to empty my EPG and do a re-load. But if memory serves, if I do that I will lose all of my recurring recordings. I have a lot of them, and it takes a long time for me to rebuild that list.

If I export and import my recordings - does that save my recurring recordings? Is there a way for me to make sure they don't disappear?

You can safely click the 'empty epg' and 'update epg' buttons as many times as you like. You'll only lose your recordings if you remote you capture sources to recreate them.
