Making a high-resolution skin

Sub et. al,
This one should be fairly easy: how do I go about making a high-resolution skin? Is it as simple as changing the resolution in the skins' xml files to something higher? Thanks! As always, great work, sub ^_^

yeah just change the resolution from 720x480 to something higher, eg for a widescreen skin you could use 826x480. but some plugins dont support skins other than 720x480.

How would we simultaneously include support for higher resolutions and the standard 720x480 for plugins that don't go higher?
