Recorded a show last night that seems to be exhibiting some strange behaviour after running through comskip (latest v.79.111). Comskip itself seems to be running and finding the ads just fine, but when playing in PVRX2 it skips at the wrong times.
By way of example, the 3rd ad block detected is found at frame 101892, or 67mins 55secs in (its PAL) to the recording if I look at it in the comskip GUI. However, when playing back the file within GB-PVR, the ad is actually appearing around the 64mins mark according to the GB-PVR timeline. The show then keeps playing for another 3mins 55s, then skips as it's reached the 67m55s mark. In other words there is an inconsistency between what GB-PVR thinks is 67m55 of show and what comskip thinks it is.
Any ideas what might have caused this / how it can be fixed?
