Great. I'll include the definition in the master bda.ini file.

Sweet. I've got it kind of working. I modified an existing DVB-T ini file to search the frequency I assigned a channel and it found it.
Dito, are you using a custom ini file to scan for the transponders in gb-pvr, or did you get that somewhere?

rmazenc,
I have yet to make a custom ini file, will post it when it's finished. Best regards!

I have made a new DVB-T ini file that matches the frequencies from the MCE DVBSBridge module for ProgDVB (should be the same for MT).
Just add the *.ini file to the gbpvr/BDA/Dvb-t/ folder and in the BDA options under config.exe select MCE DVBSBridge. Best regards! P.S. I have problem using GBPVR.exe... I only have it working under PVRX2.exe is this normal? D.S.

Awesome thanks.

All channels that I found (120 in hispasat total) are called Unknown1, and this does not leave me in the sort guide xmltv. How can I fix it?. Thanks.

I also encountered the unknown1 channel during the scan. I figured out a work around but a fix will have to come from gb-pvr to fix this problem for good.
Here is the workaround.. During the scan gb-pvr produces a log files under ../program files/devnz/gbpvr/bda/scan-x.cache. The files has all the scanning information except that all channels are called unknown1. I edited the source_channel table and added the modified string above T:C01.. to the tuning request field in the row of the channel in question. The permanent fix would rerquire that gb-pvr produces a string that wouldn't have the unknown1 string for every channel. As long a the name/string is unique across all channels. The number following the P:123~ could be use instead of unknown1 T:C01,50500,0,0,7~NID:505~ONID:505~TSID:505~P:123~V:4898~A:4899~L:000~PMT:32~PCR:4898~N:>123 Hope this helps..

ericcaron1,
You're right, while it potentially can be done manually as a workaround by playing in GBPVR's database, it's a lenghty workaround. Sounds like all the pieces are there for an easy GBPVR code change... Cheers ! |
