Installed CB-PVR... watching live tv returns audio but no video

I have an Hauppauge pvr-250 TV tuner. I just installed GB-PVR and configured the product. When I bring up live-tv I get the audio but no video at all. Can any one suggest what I need to do to resolve this? I am including my logs.

You most likely dont have an MPEG2 decoder installed. Try one of these:

Without looking at your logs, I'm fairly sure you are missing a supported video decoder. There are a bunch out there that will work, but one called MPV seems to work well for many people.
