I'll look into it. The Watch Now didn't work as well as I thought it did. I didn't stop the streams properly so I got charged (time wise) for a full movie every time I started a stream even though I only watched a few seconds. You reach your limit real quick that way. So I have to figure out how to fix that.

We need to figure out how to hit the "stop" button.

I talked to netflix and apparently it's the "Back to Browsing" button that issues the stop. That button is not actually part of the player itself but just browses to the "Watch Now" page. Sending a simple web request should do it. I'll run some tests on this in a day or two. They were kind enough to credit me back 7 hours or "Watch Now" time.

You might be able to access it via the DOM and just execute a click against it. Either way this is exciting.

great plugin! Smile is there a way you could also add support for JumpTV.com? It would be a similar scenario I believe.. sniffing around the DOM most likely to find the right stream url and launching it with VLC or any other player I would think?

http://www.epgtools.com/gb_devs/Plugins/...-alpha.zip

To install:
Extract the contents to your devnz\gbpvr folder.

To enable personal feeds:
Using your web browser, log into your Netflix account then navigate to http://www.netflix.com/RSSFeeds?lnkctr=mfRSS (there is a link to "RSS" at the bottom of the Netflix pages).
Find the "Personalized Feeds" list and the links will end with "?id=SomeString".
Copy everything after the "=".
Start GB-PVR Config and go to the Plugins tab.
Select the Netflix plugin and click "Settings".
Paste the copied string into the "Personalized RSS ID" field.

Feeds can be disabled/enabled in the plugin settings.

Non members can still get the public feeds (New releases, Top 25/100).

I followed your directions and it crashes when I select Netflix from the menu of PVRX2.exe. I'm running GB-PVR 1.1.5.

Any progress on the plugin? I haven't had a chance to try it out again, but I'm still eagerly watching for updates. You should get a page up on the wiki for the plugin, should improve interest.

Yeah if this got the Watch Now i'd resubscribe to Netflix. Would be a great feature to add to GBPVR altogether. Keep up the good work and keep us updated!
