Here are my files. (Remove the ".txt" extension after downloading them and drop them into HIP's installation folder)
"My HTPC.hip" is my HIP configuration file. Load it into HIP via the "File / Open Configuration..." option.
"My HTPC.hip" is the combined key map for MCE and Harmony remotes. Load it into HIP via the "Remote I/O / Remote Key Map / Open Key Map" option.
I did not modify the functionality of the MCE keys. I'm using the Harmony remote as a super-set of the MCE remote. So both remotes work fine. (Guess which is my wife's and which is mine )
