Just used the new episode scan function. It got every single episode of SVU w/o a problem (Law&Order SVU - #x##.avi)

I would have more to test w/ but I didn't realize you were going to out-do yourself and have that done.

Hi,

I guess I found small bug or am I mis understanding something.


If i enable "Show info on OK" in the configuration settings of my video plug-in, then I get an error: object reference not set to an instance of an object.
means when I press the Ok button on the hauppauge remote I get the error.
Disable this option and it works.

Note:I Did not update "mydatabase", I used the one from your previous version.
Can this caused it?

does the file have a image? if it doesn't, ive already fixed this bug, just working on a few other things before i upload it. and if it does, can you post your gbpvr.exe.log file and the exact name of the file. also try and remove the file from the database (go to the popup menu, under "edit" click "remove from db&quot then reenter it (i doubt this will fix it, but its worth a try).

-fixed the no poster bug
-fixed several other bugs
-added "Movie Tyme" to "Info", if imdb/amazon doesnt find a poster you can use this (hi-res posters (well the same as amazon, i found a few amazon and imdb didnt have)).
-added a easter egg.

if you find a bug with "Movie Tyme" let me know, i didnt test it all that much since most poster were found with amazon and imdb (movie tyme, only works on a single lookup and returns multiple hits, no scan, and only returns poster).

version 2.1.30 fixed indeed the problem with the error when the flag "show info on OK" was enabled (nice option) now I just need to update the database again,
As I'm living in Belgium, I translate the downloaded movie information into dutch. so updating the database is causing me some time, but that I don't mind if I have a better system afterwards.

Sencondary,
can you just tell me how I can add manually pictures in the database (poster field) (want to do for my own made movies that are stored on my PC)

Last question, how to set a master pin, in configuration I don't know what the default value is for the original pin, I can add a new pin but getting a red warning circle to enter the default pin -> I never used the option before, Is it stored in the database or xml file?

Johans you cant easily add a image to the database, you can just place a image for say a file called "enterprise - 2x02 - carbon creek.avi" called "enterprise - 2x02 - carbon creek.jpg" in the same dir. and for a folder called "enterprise" a image called "enterprise.jpg" in that folder (or "folder.jpg&quot.

the default pin is 0000. the pin is stored in the xml file, but im going to put this in the database probably before monday (just have to figure out how to update add a table to a database in code). if the pin isnt set and you try to set a pin in the "my videos" plugin itself it should just ask you to set a master pin there, which you just enter the same pin twice (just to confirm its the same pin) and then it will ask you to set the pin for the folder/file.
