Now starting in GBPVR emulation, how to switch to mvpmc menu

Hi,

I'm just starting to use this dongle. I've finally figured out how to get the MVP to start in emulation mode via the config file. I am now wondering how I can get back to the mvpmc screen/menu from the GBPVR menu if I want to? Is that possible with a certain keystroke sequence on the remote?
