I also cannot change any of the Genre Groups color. I get the "For some reason, you can't use that colour. Pick another." error.

I have that group hard coded. I will change the logic, but it's designed to populate on first use. But once you have the file you shouldn't have it back unless you press reset.

Also, believe me. You are picking colours that are 'illegal' try different ones

What's wrong with having a default group for scifi? We're all geeks here. aren't we?

OK, I'll see what I can do.

All right, I will try picking some other colors. Is there a list of ones that are 'legal'?

Absolutely nothing! I'm just trying to figure out how things work.

Well, yes, but my geek ID card doesn't mention anything about having to be a SciFi/Fantasy fan Big Grin

Edit: I've read just about the entire topic here, and I see you've just added the capability to put the Star Rating and Year for a movie with the title. When I set both Star Rating and Year to "Append to Title", the display shows me "Title Text * ([Date]) ([StarRating]*)". The problem is when I actually apply this to the XML file, the title comes out, "Title Text ([StarRating)*] ([Date])". It seems to be switching the Date and StarRating around for some reason.

Yep. I noticed that. I thought I fixed that. Maybe I did, but didn't roll our the update. Anyway. It will be there soon...

Excellent...

I also have a request where the new show * doesn't get added to movies. I can just use the "Date Matches Air Date" to get around this, but using the "Previously-Shown is null" gives me a * in a movie title since the <previously-shown> tag is null.

Currently the new show detection is not saved. So if you get data from schedules direct, it will always be Date Matches Airdate...

BTW, why would you want want to use Previously shown, when date is what you get?

You can set 'Previously-shown' to 'prepend to the description'... which is what the I-XMLTV did. And set 'Date' to 'Append to Title'

Then you will always get the previously shown date in the description, and only see the date in the title when it's a movie.... Just like the defaults in I-XMLTV...

I've updated both the Enhancer and the Renamer. Overwrite both files...

I've fixed several reported bugs, and finished designing a couple of new features.

http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Utility/UltraXMLTV

Good Luck...

BTW, I will be updating the wiki soon. For now, you should read the last few pages of this thread...

For those working tonight, I noticed another issue with the renamer. I rolled the main Enhancer up a notch on the version, but it really didn't change. Just the renamer handles 'waiting for comskip to finish' better, and also special (illegal) characters in the output file name...

OK, gotcha...

Not trying to make your life difficult, just trying to come up with different options since everyone has different tastes. But is it possible to put the MPAA rating of a movie in the title as well? This is no deal breaker for me, but I was just comparing I-XMLTV to Ultra, and the movie title is broken out like
Code:
(Movie Title) (Year) (Rating) (StarRating)
I personally don't care if the ratings is there, I can just look at the description if I wanted to see what it was rated.

I downloaded the latest off the wiki, and I got version 1.0.0.33. Which doesn't even have the preview screen. And there are a lot of options in the drop downs missing...
