OK, great.

I used it and when I first press "Go", it doesn't populate Audio. This may have to do with the comment about the embedded stereo tag I mentioned before. I even Commited my changes with "Append to Description" for the Audio tag, but the Audio tag still exists after committing the changes.

Also, I see the movies now have the
Code:
(Movie Title) (Year) (Rating) (StarRating)
But it's all run together. There aren't any spaces between any of the tags. i.e. "The Godfather(1972)®[4*]"

And so far, everything else looks great. I will play around with it some more to see if I can help you out more with bugs Big Grin

edit: if you want spaces, add one preceding the tag in the text boxes next to rating, starratings and date...

Commiting changes only outputs the xml to the same file name as the input, so that gbpvr can update the epg.

You never have to do it when testing. If you want to view the new xml output when you haven't committed, click view new xmltv.

If you've committed, then, you should look at the orig xml as it is now the same file name...

Anyway, I'm confused as to what you want with the audio.

Your original has:

<audio>
<stereo>stereo</stereo>
</audio>

and when you select 'do nothing' you should have that in the output file.

If you 'append to desc' it should be in the desc...

if you have 'add category' it should be one of the categories...

Is this not happening?

I'm taking the Enhancer out of Beta, and invite everyone to have a look.

(Still have some work on the wiki though)

If you find any bugs, let me know...

OK, I figured this was probably the preferred way since you want to be as flexible as possible.

Good to know! I always committed, then looked at the file! :o

I could have sworn it wasn't working. But it seems to be now :o

Also, the "Append to Title" option is missing for Date and StarRatings...
Edit: Nevermind, I found the settings for these under "Config Movies". Big Grin But only the rating shows up with the checkbox. When I check Date and StarRatings, the tags never get processed because they are still as they were in the original XML file.

This is what I get when I process, selecting to diaplay Stars, Rating and Date in the title for Movies...

Code:
<programme start="20080119180000 +0000" stop="20080119200000 +0000" channel="I10036.labs.zap2it.com">

    <category>CC</category>
    <episode-num system="dd_progid">MV00106241.0000</episode-num>
  </programme>
  <programme start="20080119200000 +0000" stop="20080119220000 +0000" channel="I10036.labs.zap2it.com">
    <title lang="en">The Whole Nine Yards (2000)(R)(2.5*)</title>
    <desc lang="en"> (2000) A hit man (Bruce Willis) in the Witness Protection Program and his next-door neighbor (Matthew Perry) team up to find out who is trying to kill them.

    <category>R</category>
    <category>CC</category>
    <episode-num system="dd_progid">MV00084580.0000</episode-num>
  </programme>

(It shouldn't make a difference, but I have Ratings and StarRatings set to add category, and date set to prepend to desc....)

Just to be clear here's what happens when you process...
First the original file is loaded. When you press Go ('Commit' NOT clicked), a new xmltv file is created, with a tmp extension. When you click the 'Open New File', you are looking at the tmp file.

When you press 'go' with 'commit' checked, the same thing happens, just at the very end, the original is deleted, and the new temp file is renamed to the original's filename... (The tmp file is now gone) So if you want to look at the output when it's been committed, you press 'Open Original File'.

If you do press open New File, then you get a do wanna create? dialog from 'notepad'...

I see what the problem is. I had the boxes checked under "Config Movies", but I left the Date, Ratings and StarRatings to "Do Nothing". Once I added them somewhere, they appeared in the title.

Everything seems to be fine now! Thanks!

Hmmm.. I will change that. It was my intention for it to still work even wehn 'do nothing' was selected...

Thanks for finding the bug. The newest version, 1.1.0.7 should do the trick...

Let me know how you went, and if you have anymore...
