Hi all,
I'm trying out gbpvr after giving up on linux media center edition because of too many frustrations with linux. I really like the program so far, but I'm having a bit of a problem with the dvd ripper plugin for pvrx2. It seems that no matter whether you select file or iso when ripping, it always rips to a file. I took a quick peek at the source code posted in the wiki, and it looks like the /FILE option is hard-coded in there and it doesn't even look at what the user selects. The 0.9.x version of the plugin seems to work as expected.
I realize the plugin isn't supported, but I was kind of hoping whoever wrote it is still around here. It looks like it would be an easy fix, but I don't have a compiler to work on it.
If that's not an option, is there a newer plugin that will do the same thing? I looked at the video archive plugin, but it looks like all that will do is convert it to an mpeg file. I'd rather just rip the dvd as an image.
