OK... So if I get this write, you insatll a dvb-s card, and have GB-PVR scan for channels. You get this text file...

Then you have to manually change something to get it right

Could you post a small screen shot of the Capture Source screen when you're in the middle of doing it...?

Zehd, I'm getting a "Run-time error '9' - Subscript Out Of Range" error with both the newest and .43 versions. It seems to happen when it hits TVDB.com to get the info.

I noticed you stated in one of your posts re: TVDB:
Quote:I believe I read that the servers themselves, and the people running them are actually having trouble deciding on some things, and they change parameters regularly...

Any idea if that could be the reason? Anyone else getting this error?

Attached the logs files.

thanks

PS to all, if I keep asking where are you from, even though we've worked on something before is because I don't have a great memory. Buffer is full.

I don't know that it matters as I see you have already posted a second time with a solution (when do you sleep!???)...but I'm using Schedules Direct from the Oklahoma City area. Feel free to purge that info before you have a buffer overrun...as much as you work on these utilities, I'll gladly answer a question a second time!

Subscript out of range means this. I'm getting a list of things, then I have to count them out one at a time. Sometimes the start of the count is 0 and sometimes it's 1. Usually the end of my count should be the count of items I'm listing. (I've been pretty good counting since I was real little)

If any of the numbers don't jive, it's out of range. If I start at 0, but I should start at 1, it's out of range. If I count to the bottom of the list, and the bottom isn't there anymore (like when I delete things) it's error 9.

I usually trap for this error and fix. Unfortunately the logs don't tell me when that error is happening...

I don't get it, but it might be different because of the choices you have made, that I don't test for, cause I don't use them myself...

Send me your fetch list. Maybe it's one of the shows you want and there's trouble...

Should I purge the buffer because it's getting full or because you're from Oklahoma?

OHHHH! And that's what happens when I don't sleep...

Zehd,

I thought about it being something in the epfetchinclude, also. So I picked 3 shows that I knew were at TVDB and only have them in the list. Same results.
Then I went to my second computer and D/L' ed both yapi2xml (then ran it of course) and the enhancer and got the same results.

Attached the logs and epfetchinclude

thanks

Zehd -

Something I just noticed...if I delete the enhancer's prefetch entry in c:\windows\prefetch folder, I can run the v43 enhancer without problems.

If I delete the prefetch and then run v60, it will fetch the episodes for recordings, THEN crap out with the "subscript out of range." This happens even when I have NO shows in the epfetchinclude and only "Get online Ep Num during processing" and "Ask EpGuides for second opinion" checked.

I also have gone so far as to set ALL tags to "do nothing" so it should (I would think) at least go through the motions, but it won't.

I tried out your fetch list, and even though I was worried about the lack of CAPS, it all worked fine...

OH well try .80

K. So it's definetly happening during Ep Download. I'm going to add a couple more log entries, but try .80
