Figured it out. I turned off windows prefetch (except for booting). I also deleted every reference to the enhancer (except for the downloaded zips) and emptied recycle bin. My setup, at least, makes a copy of the enhancer in Documents and Settings. I've had to do this all before with a previous release of the enhancer that I had problems with, but I thought the problem was in the prefetch file. Apparently it's not Simply removing the enhancer's registry setting is not enough either (at least for me). Just ran it through "get all" and with that long list for "epfetchinclude" and it ran through completely and correctly.
The problem must be in that 'Documents and Settings' reference and/or folders containing previous versions of the enhancer. Maybe I'll make a script for myself to delete at least the 'Documents and Settings' reference before running new versions of the enhancer.
