I have been saving up for a new digital camera for a couple of months and was ready to buy a Canon G9 but I have been reading some very tempting articles on this little Asus which is just about the same price as the camera.
I may have to put the camera purchase off for a while. I travel a lot and my 17" monster Compaq laptop is way too big to use on a plane and is not particulary convenient to use in the airport (9lbs and a 5 minute boot time). I love the idea of a little paper back size laptop that I can throw in my briefcase or in my coat pocket. The machine runs Linux but is capable of running XP. M$oft is supposed to be working on $40.00 version of XP just for the Eee.
Does anyone here own one or have any hands on time with one?
