No Audio & Crashing while playing mpegs

I've recently purchased a wintv usb2 pvr device and having some issues getting gbpvr working. I can watch livetv but there is no audio, if i try to play a mpeg I have on disk it shows the first frame and crashes. Using WinTV's program I can watch tv fine with audio.

Nothing looks abnormal in the log files.

Wanted to add when I watch recordings in another media player off disk, there is audio.

Try selecting a different mpeg decoder and audio decoder in the config app.
