New Card Added - Avermedia Volar Hybrid DVB-T

Hi everyone,

I have successfully added a new device to GBPVR. Stations are tuned and program channels work properly.

The device entry for the bda.ini file is as below:

Cheers. I've included it, but I renamed it [AVerMedia Hybrid+FM Volar DVB-T (A828)] so that it would use the same name as all the other Avermedia cards. You might want to rename your also to make sure your next upgrade is smooth.
