my thoughts on where you are at
although if you are getting strength and signal that would show that its receiving something its like the stations its looking for are not there meaning you have the wrong satellite info
so either the wrong info is in your file
or you are actually selecting the wrong satellite for where you have your dish pointed
i have to add this one your lnb is set wrong Smile

the only thing i can think of that is wrong is the lnb settings as well...
but those were the same as MyTheatre, which did grab the channels (with the proper driver)

i havent decided yet though... im going to do some more reading about the card i have and the card i want

wait, i just thought of something to troubleshoot my issue even further...

is there a way to manually input the channels with the channel info from lyngsat?

that way i can tune into only one channel and see what the issue is instead of scanning the one transponder each time.

i wonder if you can look at the file to see what its actually looking for then compare that to the stations your other tuner finds
or have you already done that

is anyone else using the same satellite as you ?

You can create a C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\BDA\SCAN-1.cache file, and enter a row in the following format:

T:12407,V,30000,23~P:301~V:80~A:81~PMT:32~N:>BBC
Where...
T:<freq>,<polarity>,<symbolrate>,<FEC>
P:<service ID>
V:<video pid>
A:<audio pid>
PMT:<pmt pid>
N:<name or any old text>

This file is used to store a cached list of the channels found in the last scan. Next time you go to the 'map digital channels to epg channels' screen it wont start scanning. It'll show the channel you enter.

I dont know where you can find it to manually enter. The app normally finds it during the scan procedure.

Ive tried the following configurations for the DVB LNB setup

LOF1:9750
SW: 11700
LOF2:10600

LOF1:10750
SW: 0
LOF2: 10750

LOF1:11250
SW:11700
LOF2:11250

and none of them change anything, im baffled as to what the problem is, at this point i strongly believe it is a driver issue considering all the setting are correct and the same as my theatre
