So I was doing some system mainteance and I disconnected my recording Hard Drive and some other stuff. When I reassembled the PC I forgot to reconnect the recording Drive. I have GBPVR autostarting when I start the PC. To make a long story short all my "recording" no longer show up. Is there any way to get them back without having to add the TV recording Directory to "mY vIDEOS"?

Doesn't matter too much to me but my wife is a luddite and it was challenging enough to get her to even use the "my recordings" section.

No, there is no easy way to put these back into the recordings. You'll just have to treat them as normal video files now.

You can import recordings-dump.xml file from the GB-PVR directory, using the 'import recordings' button in the config app.

Hi sub...I don't have a recordings-dump.xml in my GBPVR directory. I need to do it from the existing files somehow.

Every night when the automated EPG update occurs, it renames recordings-dump.xml to recordings-dump.xml.bak, and creates a new recordings-dump.xml, so you should have one of those two files available (unless you've deleted your GB-PVR directory and reinstalled).

Just use the 'import recordings' button in the config app (plugins tab).
