http://www.epgtools.com/Netflix/WatchNowPlugin.zip

  1. FF/Rew while movie is still downloading*
  2. Logging support
  3. Disable screensaver while movie is playing
  4. Fix issue with threads not closing properly on GB-PVR exit.
  5. View List of watch now movies in your queue**
  6. Partially working config settings***

* This breaks movie download resume. If you exit GB-PVR before the movie has downloaded, you will need to delete the movie file manually and redownload it.
** The "Queue" option will appear if you have your RSS ID in the config. If you used the original Netflix Categories plugin, it should read your previously entered ID.
*** The cache folders and RSS ID options are working in the config.

SPECIAL NOTE:
For some reason, when I fixed the seeking while downloading problem, it created another. On my system, it now takes longer for the download to start. The time varies from 1-5 minutes. If you are downloading to watch later but if you want to watch right away, you have been warned. I have no idea why this is happening but it is a high priority.

after the upgrade, I cant get as far as I did before.

I choose "newtlix watch now" and it brings me to the windows desktop.
I can restart PVRX2, but it just does it again.
all other PVRX2 features work fine.

agidius, that zip file is empty. I will need the pvrx2.exe.log. Make sure you set the GB-PVR log level to "Debug".

Update and so very impressed. Thank you so much for all your hard work - this thing is awesome!

Just a few wish list requests:

1) Some sort of power skip on listings page - a way to get further down the list quicker/etc. Someone mentioned the letter search.

2) Remember volume setting or be able to configure this somewhere so that it doesn't always initialize to 50%

3) Chapter skip or faster 'fast forward' during playback - not sure if it's possible. Or resume from spot last exited from (like gbpvr recordings)

Again...wish list - and totally understand you've got plenty on your plate already!

Thanks again Whulrston!

<PgDn> will page down. (I can't remember the remote command.) I do plan to add phone key support for fast searching.

Should be easy enough.

Chapter skip will be difficult but I do plan to add a a better ff/rew. Right now it is using the built in WMP stuff but I plan to change that. I haven't decided between two methods yet:

1) Simple fwd/rev skip xx number of seconds (configurable).

or 2) Something similar to my cable box where it has 4 ff/rew speeds. Press ff once and it is at double speed. Press it again, quad speed, etc.

Number 1) would be easier so I may implement that first and then add 2) later.

Resume is planned along with OSD of the movie title and description.

That log doesn't show any attempt to use the plugin.

I don't know if I missed something, but the plugin did not show up in my GBPVR menu. I was able to configure it in the GBPVR configuration utility, but when I started up GBPVR it did not show up.

Thanks,
David

Do you have the .Net 2.x updates installed? Also check your PVRx2.exe-native.log to see if there is an error when it happens. If so, post it.

Did you drag it above "Exit" in the config? Also, this is only PVRx2 compatible.
