GB-PVR finds my old MSI TV@nywhere Master 8606 as a Conexant Blackbird yet I still cannot get Live TV to work in GB-PVR. I am not sure why it won't work unless it is simply not supported though it should be as it is a hardware card at least it sounds that way from the specs...

Does it detect the device when you're setting up your capture source and select the 'only show machines detected in this machine' checkbox?

If not, then run filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log that gets created.

Yes it does. When I check the box to "Only show devices detected in this machine", it only shows the Conexant Blackbird.

I went ahead and ran FilterCheck.exe and attached the log from it (re-saved as a .txt file to allow uploading as attachment).

Can you try using the device, then zip and attach your logs?

Sure. Is there a certain log file you need?

If its live tv you try (rather than a recording), then you can attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log files.

You need to post the logs immediately after attempting to view live tv. Thats not the case in that log file.

I'll also need both of the files I mentioned.

I couldn't get them together without double-posting so I zipped them for you. Both of those log files were created just a few minutes ago.
