Hi!
I love the MovieWiz plugin but have not been using it much since I have been moving files around and deleting the database and such and everytime I try import movies using mpegimport (found here on the wiki) I have found that 100's of my files have the subtitle replaced with a date....
This makes it a task to import into moviewiz since the search is a date only and i have to manually input the name of the movie into moviewiz so that it can search.
example
<filename>F:\record\Race With the Devil (1975) [PG]_20080207_02400415.mpg</filename>
<channel>500gig</channel>
<status>READY</status>
<startTime>2008-02-07 02:40:00</startTime>
<endTime>2008-02-07 04:15:00</endTime>
<title>Race With the Devil (1975) [PG]</title>
<subtitle>Recorded on 2/7/2008</subtitle>
<description>imported</description>
</recording>
I have just tried editing the recording.xml that mpegimport creates before writing it to PVR2X and I am wondering if anyone know of any tools that can automate or make the job easier?
I want the subtitle to display the title instead of the date so that I can auto import the files into moviewiz easier.
mpegimport is great because it writes any movies you have in directories quickly into PVRX2 and most of my files imported through mpegimport do not have the subtitle problem but the couple hundred that do makes it very challenging to import them into moviewiz
thanks for any help
cheers
