Yeah, out of the 22 channels I get I think it was only like 6 or so that would load more than 1 days worth of info, but I have misplaced my CD for that application somewhere and dont want to purchase another as I was not as impressed with it as I am the GBPVR, I just need to try to get it going, what log do I need to upload on the PVR? Does it automatically generate this log?

The logs are automatically created in the C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\logs directory. Try accessing live tv then upload pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Here are the two logs, strange I started changing channels and some of them come thru, some dont, some are choppy, found my other app cd and tried it all channels are aok on TM. What options are left for an EPG in USA since CT listings is NLA? It Still gave me the no signal display with 3/4+ signal/quality and like I said started changing channels on a whim and it started picking up some programming, it didnt do that before, but I did have to restart my machine to get that much as it was just dumping me back to the root menu and you could click Live TV again and it would wait black screen, dump back to root, I Rebooted, now some functionality! :-)

If its choppy it'll probably relate to the choice of audio/video decoder you're using, or possibly the video renderer. Try other combinations. (dont ask me which, it varies from machine machine)

Most north amercian users use Schedules Direct (www.schedulesdirect.org). Other free options like http://zap2xml.110mb.com/ exist, but they're a bit more hassle for the user to setup.

So what exactly went wrong in this session you posted the logs for (other than choppy video)? Its not clear from your post. I need this so I know what type of problem I'm looking for. It'll only contain log entries since you last started the app, and wont show anything prior to that (which might have prompted the reboot you mentioend).

Dont know exactly what I did, but seems to be working now, after I installed TM I used the ArcSoft codecs and much improvement there, tried the zap2xml and it seems to work good, wrote a batch file to do the update, couldnt get the command line to work right from the plugins (made an update pluging that called for the batch file, had the original zap2xml.exe and command line attributes, but alas no go.) does seem to work ok this way, just have to manually update at least 1x/week, thanks for the help sub
