MusicLibrary2 - Version 7 Support thread.

I've just tried copying them to common - it made no difference other than to give me two ML2 options on the plugins menu in config. I may try clearing it all out and installing again.

Sorry, tried clearing and reinstalling, still no joy.
Any ideas?

Actually, you shouldn't need to use the common directory if you have the 7.2 version....which i can see you have

Can you check the version of your UltraID3Lib.dll, or remove it leaving just the tablig-sharp.dll.

You almost certainly have an old version of the dll in the path somewhere probably in the gbpvr root folder, I was caught out by this when I upgraded to 7.2 from 6.7

in my case it the ultraid3lib.dll was an old version being loaded from c:\devnz\gbpvr folder

Is the fast-update still supposed to work? It doesn't on my system.
I was playing music through the mvp, added an album to the music-dir, but fast update did nothing. It was finished it 0 secs.

I did observe the same in the same setup after updating a dozen MP3 tags.

Yeah I think it was busted in the last release... I had noticed it as well.

I'll have a look at it.

I looked through the thread, maybe I'm missing it.

I copied skin and plugins for 7.2 into my devnz folder, and now Music Library 2 doesn't show up in config or PVRX2.

To where exactly??

Inside the zip file is a Plugins directory and a Skin directory.
These both are copied to devnz\gbpvr directory.....at this point they should come up and say "These directories already exist, overwrite?"

So when you look in your devnz\gbpvr\Plugins directory, there should be a MusicLibrary2 folder in there.
