When running button-generator.exe to make your custom buttons you may get "A generic error occured in GDI+." if the directory where the file is to be saved does not exist.
The directory in question is "C:\temp\skin\blue\custom".

Yes, thats correct. The button-generator.exe wasn't really intended for end user consumption. I decided to include it, but its needs specific directories to be created. You shouldnt really have to use it anymore.
