Apologies, as I'm fairly new to all this, but I've had GBPVR running on a desktop PC for a little while now, and everything was going smoothly until I decided to tinker a bit too much. I had installed a few plugins (most notably "TV Listings"), and after giving up on those ideas, I can't seem to get my configuration back how I would like.
I seem to recall that I previously could click with the mouse on a red "record" button that appeared on the screen during Live TV. Now that button seems to have disappeared. I still have all of the ch+/ch-/ffwd/rew/skip/exit type of buttons, but no record button. I am not using the Live Preview mode for live TV.
Also, hitting CTRL-K and then selecting "Record" acts very peculiar. Maybe I misunderstand what this is supposed to do, but it is really just buffering Live TV, even after I close PVRX2. The file is created in the Live TV Buffer Directory, and none of the post-processing stuff happens to it, although the Recording Status indicator claims that it is indeed recording the program.
I'm not totally without recording, because I can still record programs by going to TV Guide and selecting the program and then selecting either "Quick Rec" or "Record". But that seems to be the only way I can record anything. Any help?
